Host report

We came in Tampere, Finland were we are supposed to stay tonight and the host hasn't replied so far to our message. All though we have confirmation and receipt from airbnb, still no info from the host or airbnb. I think total refund is the least thing after they ruin your night. Where  is airbnb information to me? Is this the only space I can complain and get help?
