Host with a child

Hi everyone! I am a single mother and my son is a lovely 3 months years old baby. I'm planning to rent a room in my flat again in Airbnb and I would like to ask if someone in the community is doing the same as me and how is the experience to have guests with a baby in the house. If you find it a nice experience and if guests are happy, and any tips you can give me.

Obviously I know that I have to specify it very clear in the webpage... moreover my apartment is made of 2 different areas and guests can have their privacy 🙂 Thanks ! :)) Valentina
