I have a two bedroom apartment. Can I show 2 prices for the ones who are only booking one room and for those who are booking the entire apartment

You need to create 3 listings:

1) bedroom 1

2) bedroom 2

3) Bedroom 1+2

You can then set different prices.

Make sure the calendars are linked, so if you have a guest on bedroom 1, only list for bedroom 2 shows free, but list from bedroom 1+ 2 Shows busy.
