House Rules

Greetings!
I have an AirBnB listing, and I want to edit the "Additional Rules" in the House Rules.  Every time I make a change, it reverts back to the original rules.  I am in Manage Listing / Booking / House Rules / Additional Rules.  I cannot even delete the Additional Rules.  Please help. (I am not on a mobile device; I am using my laptop.)

AirBnB is working just fine.  I just made a change to my listing.  I saved it.  I signed out and then went and looked at my listing, the change was there.

There is NO PROBLEM with saving.

Thanks Mike - but when I click outside the box it says it is being saved but the changes are wiped and the old text is restored

Hi,

I would like to update my house rule in the addtitional rules as well.

But after I updated my rules and clicked outside to save, it then reserved it back to the original one.

Please help.

I am having the same problem, and now guests have booked it with the wrong house rules. I had to disable automatic reservations for this reason until this is solved.

Guys, just send them over to my listing to read my rules.  Then they can go back to your listing and check in.  Just tell them to follow @Mike's rules.

If they cause a problem just send them to me, I will straighten them out.

If you don't like my rules, pick someone else's rules that you do like and send them to those rules.

Hi All,

I've had a ton of problems with the software since I put my listing up about 2 weeks ago. Not being able to edit and save my House Rules was one of them. Because I'm pretty much in constant contact with a case worker as they try to sort things out, I let them know, and it was fixed. Right now Airbnb is having a ton of software snafoos. I just went on the site for my city - Montreal, and almost all the listings were from $20 to $80 off in their pricing. 

Get in touch with Airbnb help on Twitter. They should be abe to fix the House Rules problem.
