Hi @Marissa20 If the booking is confirmed, you will just have to forgo the cleaning fee on this one unfortunately - a guest won't respond favourably to being asked to pay an additional amount to a confirmed booking. It's just not done. If you are still at the stage where you can accept or decline, you could explain what happened and if they are agreeable, you can send them a Special Offer with the new price. They will have to accept it for the booking to go through. Hope that helps! - Karen
