How can I improve my listing in order to get 5-star reviews?

I offer a room in Menlo Park, California and would like to have a 5-star rating instead of a 4½-star rating.

Looks like Accuracy is whats driving your score down.  Your listing seems fine overall to me.  I didn't scroll through all your reviews, but can you recall any that commented on the space not being what they expected?

In addition to what @Cynthia-and-Chris1 said, try reaching out to the last 5-6 guests and tell them you are soliciting feedback about the Accuracy of your listing because you are trying to improve.  Ask them to help you identify how you can make your listing description align more directly.  Be tough skinned if you get less-than-gentle feedback.
