Peter - I think you need to do some more reading about how Airbnb works.

Firstly, there's really no need to change and clean towels daily.  Most people do not change their own towels daily at home - heck, even hotels have pretty much stopped this practice unless it is requested from the guest.  Most guests are fine with using a towel more than once in order to conserve resources.

Second, the Airbnb cleaning fee is a one-time fee per reservation.  Most hosts clean once throughout their guests' stay.  (When they leave) You can either increase this one-time fee, or you can leave it be and increase your nightly rate in order to compensate for additional cleaning.
