How do I change the rate for my guest?

I am trying to change my rate for a client.  I accepted them for an negotiated price in the acceptance box... However, when I come back to it.. it shows the normal going rate?  How do I correct this?  Please help!  Thank you Gina

You will need to give the guest a special offer - this Help Guide explains how to do so.
