How do I charge a small additional fee?

I have a guest who has requested to use an additional part of our house. I'd like to agree and just charge them an additional cleaning fee on top of the normal fee to cover this area. How do I do this? Do I claim on the bond afterwards or is there somewhere on the site to charge a little bit more? I already do charge for additional guests but I don't want to amend the listing to add another guest like that as it will be too much money then (and that's not what they are asking for, they just want a little more room).

You can use the resolution center. Just choose the guests name, the value and add a note what it is for.
