@Alisen-and-Jenna0 go to the resolution centre and send one. Airbnb will credit you through whatever default payment method you have set up.
In these types of situations, I recommend using the Resolution Center (https://www.airbnb.com/resolutions) to request compensation for damages. The guest can either choose to accept or decline your resolution request. If the guest declines or does not respond within 72 hours, you can involve Airbnb who will review the information provided by you and your guest before making a final decision.
