HI @Robyn22 looking at your calendar it appears your nights are booked. I also would assume if you look under your reservations you will see the booking. For this to happen it means Airbnb has charged the guest already (otherwise you will get a message from Airbnb to say the payment was not successful). If the guest does a no show then you can still review them at the end. The guest though has the ability to cancel (without a review at the end) but they will face your moderate cancellation policy which at this stage looks to be at least 50% of the rent you get to keep. I did not look to see if you have a security deposit but you should advise one. Handy for any future damage or loss claims you may come across. Here is your cancellation policy to the guest.

Many times guests book at the last minute, they can be in transit and therefore without internet and not see your messages.
You should simply message them on the process for check-in tomorrow. Do not wait around waitin. Be specific and tell them what hours you will be able to meet them.
Thumbs up if that helped.
