Hurricane threatening and guests were pressured into staying at a hotel close to the airport so they'd not get caught up in evacuation traffic the morning of departure. They are requesting a refund for the one night they had to miss.
@Bob-And-Lori0 You don't need to do anything- the guests should call Airbnb and tell them they need to cancel the rest of their stay under the extenuating circumstances policy. They'll be refunded by Airbnb, who is giving the refunds to all guests in affected areas. If you also refund them, they could get refunded twice and you'll lose out twice.
