Hi, my listing is in Japan so we have information in English and Japanese. Usually the correct language comes up according to the language used to search on Airbnb. I’ve just noticed that today when searching in English the listing information is shown in Japanese, I’m not sure how long this has been the case. I have contacted customer support and am waiting for a reply.
My question is does anyone know how to make sure this doesn’t happen again? I’m sure I’ve lost bookings due to customers not being able to read the listing information.
