How do I make changes to price that I negotiated for one specific guest so that they may book?

A prospective guest has contacted me and we have discussed a discount for a longer stay.  If I want to accept them, do I need to change the price now, so they can book under those terms?

I see that you have 2 listings but no reviews so you are new to Air BNB platform, right @Andrea1988?  If you wish to provide a discount for weekly or monthly bookings, just edit your listing to reflect that.  Go to Pricing and add that to your listings.  That way any guest seeking a weekly or monthly stay will automatically be given the discount.  Hope this helps!
