We started offering our cottage last year and I'd like to make the main house and the cottage available to guests. I don't want seperate bookings. WOuld I make a seperate listing and go back and forth betwenn the two and block the guest cottage when the whole property is rented or s there a way within settings for guests to choose whether they want the entire roperty or just the cottage?
Hi - yes, you would need to make separate listings all under your single profile and then make sure you manage the calendars. That might mean turning off IB on the guesthouse - or what about making the entire property available for high season, Christmas, NYear - and then as you get closer to each event or holiday if it hasn't sold, swap it around and sell individual rooms
@Kate402"I don't want seperate bookings." Does that mean you will like to rent to 1-entity only, taking both buildings, meaning not 'mix' different guests in the two buildings?
Thank you and as I suspected I will need to make two listings, or possibly three. I was hoping I didnt didnt have to manage multiple calendars.
Because you are intending to book each place (cottage and main house) separately, to two different entities, right? If so, why 3 separate listings?
@Kate402 You can sync your calendars for multiple listings. Here is the Help Center article about how to do that.

You could have each unit listed separately and the two units listed as the third listing. Think that would work for you?
