How do I report racism?

I had the unfortunate opportunity of running into a racist host on Airbnb Australia. Was just wondering how I can report the host in question. It's not a pleasant feeling when you've spent hours looking for a place to rest your head, and being declined because of your race.

Go to the host's profile and flag them.  There will be an "other" category and you can explain briefly what has happened.  Flag any emails you may have exchanged via the Airbnb system that would also show that the host reacted in a rasict manner.

Just took a quick look at your profile, you might want to add some details about yourself to help a host get to know about you. Go to the Edit Profile tab and half way down there is a  "Describe Yourself" section.  Airbnb is built on relationships. Help other people get to know you. Tell them about the things you like: What are 5 things you can’t live without? Share your favorite travel destinations, books, movies, shows, music, food. Tell them what it’s like to have you as a guest or host: What’s your style of traveling? Of Airbnb hosting?  Tell them about you: Do you have a life motto?

Sorry to hear this. I assume the host declined your request using the airbnb message system? If he/she did it should be easy to alert AirBnb to the issue. Can you share with us what you consider to be him exhibiting racisim?
