How do I respond to an incorrect comment of my listing?

A guest has mentioned in the private post of a review that my listing is inaccurate regarding local building works.  I have mentioned this in my listing. How can I repudiate this comment?

If it was just a private comment, you can just send the guest a message to correct them.  If it was part of their public review, you can post a public response to their review.
