How do I see a prospective guest's profile and or reviews?

Hello, I just published my listing, and within 2 minutes, I received a message from someone wanting to stay this weekend with us. How can I see his profile and/or reviews?  I'm very nervous since this is the first one!  I can see he's been a member since 2014, but that's all I see.

If you click on their profile pic it will take you to their profile page. On the bottom left hand corner will be a list of their listings. Click on a listing to see reviews.

O.K.  I followed this advice as best as I could.  I am not sure what you mean by his "listings," since he is a prospective guest.  Then, when I clicked on their photo, It went to his profile but their were no reviews.  I know this is not correct, because I was using a previous guest for a test.  And I know I gave him a review.
