We usually have a 1 night minimum.
We sucessfully did a 2 night minimum for January school holidays and would now like to do a 4 night minimum stay for Easter - 18th - 21st of April.
Would be very grateful for any assistance.

1. Choose for menu "availibilty": section "trip lenght" click "Edit" , choose" Add a custom rule for seasons or specific dates", choose form pulldown menu " specific dates" , enter te dates and set min. nights of stay.
OR
2. Goto multicalender, select the dates in calender, on the left screen: create a ruleset for selected period.
Hope this helps,
Emiel
@Annie506 @Emiel1 Note however that when you do this, Airbnb interprets the dates you provide as CHECK-IN dates only. So someone could still check in on the 17th and out on the 19th, or in on the 20th and out on the 24th.
So to really do what you intend you have to disallow check-ins and check-outs on 19, 20, 21 using rule-sets. You can't do it with minimum stays.
It's aggravating.

This needs some correction:
You CAN set a check-in day in option 1 (see above), so set it to thursday (the 18th)
@Emiel1 that won't prevent someone from checking in on the 17th (or any previous date) and out on the 19th. Many hosts (including me) have been burned by someone booking a stay that starts before minimum stay period and stops a day or two into it-- because it's totally unintuitive that your minimum stay setting applies to check-in dates only. I believe the only way to do what @Annie506 wants to do is to disallow checkins and checkouts on the 19th, 20th, and 21st-- and once you have done that an additional minimum stay requirement adds nothing.
@Lisa723Indeed, all such custom periods do not act as a wall, only choosen check-in date determines minimal stay, so yes, on the 17th someone can book 2 nights or more if checkout dates are not disabled (like only possible in rulesets). If no rulesets available only option to prevent this is to block the 17th.
But your second example (checkin on the 20th) can be prevented in "normal" settings by setting the check-in day.
best regards,
Emiel
@Emiel1 or rather than blocking the 17th, set the minimum for the 17th to 5, the 16th to 6, the 15th to 7... etc... but that also prevents check-in on the 15th, out on the 17th. It's a mess.
Hi Lisa,
Thank you for your help with this issue.
We were wondering how to overcome the concerns you mentioned when we fortunately received bookings either side of Easter (we had temporarily blocked the 4 days of Easter).
So, we are hoping with only those 4 days now available and a 4 day minimum across them that we might get a 4 day booking. We will review in a couple of weeks if we don't. Would be great to have a laundry free Easter!!
Haven't looked at the disabling check-in and check-out dates yet but will do so if this does not work .
Thanks for your help.
