I think you are referring to being business travel ready, @Sheila And Julia, right?  You have to meet the requirements which you can find in the Help Center.  Can't have pets in the apartment and have to be able to have 24 hours check-in among several other things.  Once you meet these criteria, you edit your listing to be business travel ready and get designated as such.  Hope this helps.
