It seems they have gone to a huge amount of effort to ensure they they do not have to interface with customers.
I am a host with a problem and could really do with speaking to someone at Airbnb about it. Can anyone suggest a way to speak to a human?
I am wondering the same....Is there anyway to contact Airbnb?
I have a friend staying in my BnB and minding my house while I am away. 24/12 to about 12/01/17,
However before I left to go OS I looked at my bookings and was satisfied everything was in hand.I was surprised to see a booking had been made during that time 30/12/16 - 02/01/17. I had to immediately cancel this booking. I am absolutely sure that everything was in place As blocked.
i know none of this was my fault,,and wish Airbnb to refund total amount due. I am a good host and have offered her free accom. At a later date. Please help.
I have accepted a booking but have seen the amount that airbnb haved charged is not right.
I charge $550 per night and theprice charged is $472.80??
How do I deal with this?
Welcome to the Community Center, it is lovely to meet you. My name is Lizzie and I am the Online Community Manager here.
Just to let you know, I have moved your thread from the Hosts board to the Community Help board here in the CC. How to contact Airbnb, is a popular question here and as such there is lots of information on how to do this. For example at the top of this board you will see a Community Guide on how to contact the Support Team, plus the search bar is your friend, if you type in 'Contact' you will see lots of discussions with details and numbers.
Before doing this though, if your question is on a general topic (therefore not about a personal detail, like payment) you might like to explore the CC a little more, there is many helpful discussions, which might provide the answer to your question, which will save you time. I recommend using the Search bar (found on every page) to search for your topic or take a look at the Community Guides (created by experienced hosts here in the CC).
I hope this helps. 🙂
Thanks,
Lizzie

Thank you for the last 7 years, find out more in my Personal Update.
Looking to contact our Support Team, for details...take a look at the Community Help Guides.
Thank you for the replies.
I have taken your advice and so far have ben through 8 pages and "guides", none of which help me.
I dont believe that I am much more stupid than an average human, so I cant help agreeing with the poster above that its very strange that there is not a simple contact page designed to help customers make contact in a simple way. I am sure there is a reason why we are made to jump through these hoops, but I doubt its one that took customer needs into consideration.
So I will make the question more specific. What is the phone number or email address that I can contact Airbnb from in the UK regarding someone living in my home right now that is being super difficult and I need guidance please?
Thank you, but please no more sending me on goose chases around unspecific guides.

Just saying how much I sympathise with you. I had the guests from hell earlier in the year, booked in for 3 months and by day 3 I was on the phone to Airbnb to get rid of them. I sent a message to Airbnb on their contact form and they called me back - not ideal but it worked. I found Airbnb quite unsupportive, and unable to help. I can see the reasons for everything but that didnt help the situation, I too would have liked a phone number to call, instead 3 weeks down the line in one of the many arguements I had with the guests I told them to leave and they did (much to my surprise and joy!)
Previously I had had someone in the house I didnt feel comfortable with, and was more or less told I had to put up and shut up as it was only a week.
So I would go further than asking for a clearly accessible phone number, but also to have a good host support officer too!
Good luck
Suzie
