How does Smart Pricing work?

Hi all,

I am a new host, and I have a minimum price set already.

However, i checked if I want to book at the new year's eve, and the change was around $1-2.

Is there a way for me to manually have a price for weekends, new year .. etc?

yes, click on specific dates on your calendar and you will get a slide-in form on the right side of the screen. Turn off smart pricing and scroll down to RULE SETS and add different price. it will override smart pricing for these dates only.

to set higher prices for weekends go to your listing/pricing and set it there for all weekends at once
