How long should I wait for a guest review before it expires and is it ok to send a reminder?

Though I sent some details to the guest who wants about my apartment the messages were not sent. What happend to the system?

@Kanthi0  In regards to the title. Have you reviewed the guest already? If not do so it sends a message to them to review. You can send a review request, but you can not force a guest to respond and review. The message in the body of the thread I am confused about. If you can clarify it better maybe someone can reply to that question.
