How much is the commission percentage charged to the host (AirBnB fee)?

1.)   How do we recieve the booking payment after guest check-in 24 hrs. within by bank tranfer or your company virtual card?

2.)  3-5% of Airbnb service fee, would it be collected by Airbnb and the balance payment shall be invoicing by property after check-in right?

Hello @Roslan0,

Airbnb will pay you after the guest checks in. Airbnb will put the money in the account that you set up in "Payout method".

The host service fee is taken automatically by Airbnb. For example, my room rate is €35. Airbnb's host fee is €1 so they put €34 in my account.
