How to cancel a summer price

Hi everyone,

I hope someone out there can help me.

I have 2 properties on Airbnb and for the first time this year I have a set a Summer Price for both properties.

It was quite easy and straight foward.

I now wish to delate this but can t find how to do it . I want back to the same page but can t see anywhere where I can just simply delate this option so i go back to have one price for the whole year.

Any help is hugely appricieted.

There a several ways to set a custom price for a week, a month or a certain period.

1. Set the price manually directly into the calender

2. Under "pricing", section "lenght of stay discount", choose "You can also set a custom price for a specific week or month" (Click on "week" or "month")

3. under "availibility", section "trip lenght": choose "Edit", select "Add a custom rule for seasons or specific dates"

4. In the multicalender: create a ruleset and apply it to a specific period.

You probably made the change as mentioned under option 3, as that one is mostly used for "seasons"

Hi Emiel, thanks for your answer. Doesn’t tell me how to delete the special offer though 😞 

any suggestion on that ?

@Maddalena3  The only offer I can see is a 5% discount for weekly bookings, you can remove this under pricing, by editing Length of stay discounts.
