A potential guest is struggling to upload a photo to her account (which is one of my current requirments). Despite following instructions which say I can turn off this feature by going to Booking Settings, I can't find Booking Settings anywhere! If someone can tell me exactly where to find it I'd be grateful and also any advice about how the guest can upload her profile picture! Many thanks Celia

"Profile photo required" It is at menu "policies and rules", section "guest requirements".
But turning it off will probably not prevent the current (potential) guest having to upload a photo, as she is already "caught" in the procedure. But you can try....
The guest can upload a profile photo by displaying their own profile (when logged in) and click "upload photo' textlink (underneath photo area). Direct link: https://www.airbnb.com/users/show
