Yesterday I booked a flat with a Moderate cancellation policy for the end of March.
During the booking the host had not clear if she will be available for that dates, then she told me if I could wait a week for the answer.
I'm close to the traveling dates and there was a high risk on waiting for a week, so we both agree to cancel the booking.
Because I needed a new booking soon, I started a new search. I found something nice, and because I was in a rush, before the host cancels my reservation I cancelled the previous booking by myself to avoid the Airbnb service fees penalization.
Later, It seems that the host cancelled my previous reservation as well, so everything should be fine.
But, I would like to know if I hit any penalization in this case (where host and I aggreed to cancel the booking).
Specially considering that the Airbnb service fees free cancellation only works 3 times a year.
How can I check this? How can I see my reamining free cancellation times for this year?
