Hi people,
just out of curiousity I had a booking which was cancelled by Airbnb on behalf of the guest midway the reservation as the guest did not turn up.
Now I am waiting for my payment (I have a message from Airbnb in which it says that I will receive the full amount due to cancellation of the guest) but that was 10 days ago.
If I now contact Airbnb they say it is passed through to the relevant department and that this department will contact me on short notice but this is now 5 day and 4 more efforts to reach out to Airbnb ago.
what to do what to do? I am simply looking for a status update
