How to get money back for reservation code HMAJA2M8SC

aIRBNB  i maked reservation for pent house in Malta with reservation code HMAJA2M8SC

But my reservation is not registered on Airbnb I did not recived hosts information and when I arived in Malta I have lot of problem with Your unvisible reservation but You took my money from my acount

I must find another apartmant and pay again in the night on 03.04.2019

This is total unprofesional relation from Airbnb and at least I expected to bring my money back doubled

Did you made the reservation on the official Airbnb website ?

(As there are look-a-like-websites in the digital world, which are scamming you)
