How to get money back from Airbnb?

@Lisette10 you need to contact Airbnb, this is a public forum for hosts and guests and we have no way of knowing what went wrong.

Also, only 3 days have passed, payout can take up to 7 business days after Airbnb releases the money depending on your payout method. Or Airbnb didn't release the money at all?
