How to have property listed in our region

Our property in Coffs Harbour region - Korora suburb - if you search Korora we are listed - if you search Coffs Harbour no listing even though their are 300 properities many in the same suburb

A twist if you use 3*bedroom filter it magically appears in the list

@Jayne6 it seems to me that you might need to look at how you have entered your address. I did a quick comparison of your listing with some nearby. You can see the difference in the image below:

To change your address you'll need an iPad and use thr Airbnb app on that as you can't edit an address on a PC or laptop.

I have 3 listings at Cumbalum NSW Australai 6 km from well known Ballina and 30 minutes from Byron Bay.

I tried to make the listing at Ballina using my correct street address as some couriers do not recognise Cumbalum

The AirBnB databse selected Cumbalum and IT NOTME listed it as CUMBALUM.

I have tried as suggested using the App but I dont see any diference.

What AirBnB doesnt do but Stayz does is a regioanl search option like Northern Rivers or Illawarra with sub choices of Ballina or Byron Bay.

Quite frankly it is a poorly designed web site and needs tweaking...NOT A DIFFICULT TASK.

But how do you get an answer from them ?
