A guest is trying to place a second pre-booking, as the first one is expired, but whenever he tries to do it, the system requires his credit card. How to place a second pre booking when the first one is expired?

The guest's credit card is required at time of booking. It will be authorized when the request is made and charged at acceptance. AirBnB hold the money until 24 hours after the booking begins.
