Price mistake

I am receiving reservation requests at different prices (significantly lower) than what is posted on my calendar and listing.  How do I contact airbnb to correct this?

You can also reach them via the Help link at the bottom of this page.

Also, at the bottom of any guest reservation itinerary is an AirBnB phone number.

Hi I also have a potential guest who has been quoted considerably less than my calendar price.  I chatted to her and she is perfectly happy to pay what I need - but of course then she would have to pay the percentage extra that is charged.  With a lot of searching - I found out that to change this quote - I first have to decline the booking and then do a 'special offer'.  I did this, but now cannot find any way in which to actually do the special offer - despite following instructions exactly. Frustration!!

Also I was told that I could expect a payment of R821 for a one night stay (my first airb&b guest)  I was not at all pleased to find that only R673 was deposited.  Why??!!

Hi, Check if you have  long term / weekly-monthly ,  prices settings on. This happend to me.

So go in the setting week after week - and remove it.

Hi Stephen or anyone in Airbnb community,

Wondering Stephen if you resolved your issue or how you did it as I have a similar experience where the reservation price is a lot lower than my calendar price.

I updated and saved my price in my calendar to HKD750 a night for 23-27 Dec (Christmas) and have 22 Dec listed for HKD700 a night. I also have a cleaning fee of HKD180 a night. Someone has requested to book from 22-27 Dec (5 nights) but when I received the email request from Airbnb it says the avg of 680 a night has been applied and I would receive HKD3467. This seems a lot lower than I would expect even including Airbnb fee. I would expect 3880 less Airbnb fee but 413 seems a lot to be paying in fees. I will not get the exact breakdown until I confirm. However I noticed on one other booking over New Year I recently confirmed, the price charged per night by Airbnb was less than my calendar price which I am not too happy about but confirmed already. Would appreciate any advice or help on this. Thanks!!!
