How to report a host?

Hello!

My best friend is staying at an Airbnb up in Michigain this week and the stuff he's been telling me is abysmal. 

First off, he was informed that it was only the host and her husband in the house, but when they got there, there were approximately 11 college students also living there for their school year. In addition to this, there is only one bathroom in the entire house. 

Yesterday, they found their room had been rifled through, and tonight, found the room had been rifled through once again, with the door being left wide open and his electronics pulled out of the closet where he'd left them. 

Not only is he ready to call the cops if this happens again, but he would really like to get his money back and to report the host for what's been happening. How can he go about these things?

@Shannon255   Have him call AirBn Immediately and ask to be relocated with a travel credit to another place. He can explain the issues on the phone. He needs to do this ASAP. It's a security issue also that he needs to emphasize, he needs to make them aware of the issues with his electronics being moved and his room being entered and left open. Use the 415 number you get a US based customer service most of the time especially during business hours, but he doesn't have that option at this hour.
