How to request ID for a reservation inquiry?

I had the instant book on with basic requirements to book instantly. I was sent an inquiry to book and realized this was because the guests profile was incomplete and did not meet requirements to book instantly. I would like to request a copy ofthis persons ID prior to accepting the booking, but there is no place for the guest to send me this detail on messaging system

The only thing you can do is to ask your potential guest to complete their profile.  And make sure you handle the request correctly (decline in time) so that your response rate does not take a hit.
