I am blocked

I am not allowed to share my experience and was victimized by person who did not stay at my place, did not even check the property out, was in the rush and tried to take an advantage, because found his friends to stay with and Airbnb was supporting that guest that boldly and brutally lied in order do not be responsible for payment. That was not difficult to prove and I did. It supposed to be professional arbitrage to resolve the issue to justice satisfaction and stop people lying and take an advantage. Unfortunately Airbnb failed to act professionally. The guests enter private property and should treat property with respect and be responsible. Instead my listing was closed permanently and my daughter is not allowed to rent her room out. This is how far Airbnb employees go with power abuse and unprofessionalism. Who was that congenital liar, extremely rude guy that was able to close listing of our property permanently? Thank you.

@Viatcheslav0 you have posted on an Airbnb community host forum. Nobody here can ask a manager to get back to you.

Where is responsible managers to answer that silent power abuse? Seems like one person can make any decision and no one to go to evaluate that power abuse.
