I can't add a Co-HOST. Profile incomplete

I can't add a co-host. The button is there, the feature seems to work, but when I finish I always get the same error "Your profile is not complete...." The profile IS complete, so there is something else going on.

Again, the button IS THERE, so I am not talking about feature roll out, it's available just not working.

Help?.
