I can't find where I can comment on a guests review

My guest checked out 6 days ago. We both left our reviews and I would like to respond to his review but I no longer see that option available. Have I run out of time to respond to his review? The guidance states that we have 14 days and the option was there yesterday. I'm confused...TIA for your assistance.

Go to Stats and then Ratings. Within 14 days, you should be able to reply, @Paul-and-Trina0, there should be a link below the review. I have just added a comment for something from 3rd October.

this is a review from a guest because I can't find where else to put it. my name is James Gabriel. I was in merida yucatan mexico 11/8/2017 to 11/12/2017 the apt was clean. also it is in the worst part of downtown also right across a very narrow street is a whorehouse/cantina where the live band music played all night very loudly, the whores openly solicted outside on the corner. the whore house called el caracol had the live band all the days i was there. every night the whores were loiterinng outside dressed lewdly like whores there also numerous drunken brawls and other screaming matches in the street right below my windows. never again will i use this site and i will pass it on on social media about this terrible trip to mexico. my whole trip was ruined these guys suck
