I can't publish my listing

Hello, When I try to activate the listing is showing me this error " Something went wrong Sorry, we cannot activate your listing. Sorry, we cannot activate your listing" I read previous conversations but it's not really clear what to do. I tried contacting Someone via chat or phone but I dont get any reply, my listing already has all the information and is ready to be publish.

I see you have 2 cancellations in your review section, nothing else. I wondered if there is some "lock" set by Airbnb on the listing, which you probably want to reactivate. Are there financial penalties in your Transaction Historie because of the cancellations ?
