I feel guest is intimidating me to leave positive revuew

So to cut a long story short this guest complained of a few things though when I spoke with him on morning of departure nothing was brought up.Fiur days later I receive a message via air B and B app basically moaning about a couple of things and the finishing with”Maybe we can come to an agreeable solution before I leave my review” blatant disregard to their policy but problem is air haven’t replied to my 6 emails! I have refused to correspond with this person and he has now left his review.Should I leave an honest review noting his comments or leave it till review period is over then leave comments? Not sure what to do but my gut is saying leave honest review so as to warn other hosts?

thanks in advance

Hugh

ps All of my other reviews have been glowingly positive.

Your guests' email to you indicates an attempt at extortion. If you have already raised this with Airbnb - then good. I would write an honest review based on the facts and mention everything you feel relevant.

Regarding his email deal, I wouldn't mention it in your review.

When Airbnb catch up with your messages they should delete your guests review or you can request its deletion based on the attempt at extortion. As you say, you do have the right to reply.
