I have reservations i can not host, because of health issues

I have lots of upcoming reservations, unfortunately i am not fit to host the guest because of medical reasons, can i cancel all the reservations or can i tranfer the guest to any interested host ? please help.

You would need to contact airbnb and have them assist you and your guests.  Notify your guests asap so that they have time to prepare.

This might falls under extenuating circumstance. @Ebony3

To cancel a reservation:

1. Go to Your Reservations on airbnb.com
2. Find the reservation you need to cancel
3. Select Change or Cancel to start the cancellation process

Be sure to inform your guests accordingly as @Marit-Anne0 points out
