I keep getting “there was an error processing your request” and just cannot book.

I joined yesterday and have been unable to book because of the “error processing your request “ message. They say I should wait until tomorrow as it is an issue with having such a new account. Did others have this issue when joining? How long did it take before you could book? Also, many people seem to have reported this error, but has anyone ever managed to sort it and work out what is causing it? PayPal say they are happy to process the booking, so the error is with Airbnb.

I can wait, but wanted everything sorted as am back to work tomorrow and don’t have the time to sort it. Was also wanting reassurance that this is a standard issue with new accounts.
