I'm having trouble with calendar settings...

Hi, there!  I've been on and off AirBnb because I just can't seem to get the hang of it.  I usually use the other popular booking site, but I want to uses ABB, too.  The primary issue I'm having is that the reservations imported from the other site essentially block off an available night on ABB.  For example, I have a guest checking in on Friday, so I could conceivably have a guest book Wednesday and Thursday night, with a Friday AM checkout.  ABB won't let the guest book that Thursday night because the other reservation is blocking ALL of Friday.  It's also doing the same for check-in days - guests checking out at 10 a.m. means that you can't book that night.  Can you please give me some guidance to fix this?  I need the two sites to play nice with each other.

Could it be that your "Preparation time" is set to "1 night before and after each reservation"?

To check this, click on "Host" and then on listings". Then click on "Availability" and  check the "Preparation time" setting in the "Reservation preferences" section.

To allow what you want this should be set to "None". If it's not, click on the "Edit" button and select "None" in the reservation time box. Then click on "Save".

What's the other site? I'm sync'ed with VRBO, TripAdvisor and Booking.com, no issues.

My other site is VRBO.  Everything on that site is syncing fine, but on the AirBnB site, I'm losing a day before and after each imported stay.
