Unannounced co-host

Hello,

we recently stayed at a place where certain girl was a host. When we arrived, not only the place was dirty with some flaws but the hosting girl doesn't even live there. Some two or three guys (not sure) stay there, the girl may be a gf of one of them, but she definitely doesn't live in the appartment. It's two other guys using her profile to host and get the money, probably with her knowing it. I reported her profile and my boyfriend wrote it in a reference and requested a refound, is there anything else we can do? 😕 thanks.

Did you actually stay at the place, @Lucie140?  If you did, even though you have complaints about the condition of the listing, you may not qualify for a refund unless the host wants to give you one.  If you left early and did not stay all the days booked, then you could contact Air BNB.

Certainly it is good that you bring this situation to the notice of Air BNB, however.
