I need help to get a partial refund

I rented an Airbnb flat in Torremolinos Malaga, the woman advertised the flat as if it has aircondition, the aircondition is in the living room only do the rest of the flat is like hello hot.

One of the beds is useless so we all 4 are sleeping in one bed and also she said the beaches was 15 min walking distance and is double that time reasin for which we have on been a to go to the beach twice, I have 3 young children from which one is disabled, I checked all the amenities for us to be ok in this place but if the host lies there is not much for us to be done. 

We deserve a partial refund because those issues have affected our staying in this country.

Now we are stuck in that place.

I want to know of young to the police to report would be better if Airbnb is unable to resolve this problem.

If you can not resolve the issues with the host (be sure communication about it is in the message system), you need to contact Airbnb and complain. If the listing is not correct and misleading i guess it will also lead to a negative review from you or even reporting the host and/or listing (via the "flag"link) to Airbnb

BTW Why is one of the beds useless ?
