I need to contact airbnb

The reviews and associated rating for my property have disappeared - so I'm not geting any bookings.

There seems to no way of finding out why, or of contacting AirBnB to find out. (Tel No +44 203 318 1111 does not work)

Very frustrating

Any ideas?
