I need urgently a help

My guest now was broke a sink in the bathroom! I can't change it right now, and my airbnb guest arriving in 14.00 (it is in 2 hours!)!!! Help me please, I don't know that I need to do

Inform the new guest about the situation asap and do your best to repair/replace it.

If it is the only sink and there is heavy inconvenience for the guests, maybe ask Airbnb to relocate the guests or offer some refund.
