I received partial payment for a cancelled reservation - wasn't expecting payment, what to do?

I had a reservation canceled for a two-night stay over the weekend, and I just received notification from AirBnB that I'm receiving a partial payment. I wasn't expecting any payment for the canceled reservation. Why would I be receiving payment?

Never mind ... figured it out! The "moderate cancellation" policy we have charged the folks. I'm going to issue them a refund.
