I've just started hosting and I'm not sure what to do with a particular request to book

I've received a request to book and the message from the traveller says he just wants a place to relax and cook dinner while he's on a work trip. The problem is we just have a toaster, kettle and microwave and 'cooking' is not really an option. I wrote to him staight away and told him this and said i'm happy to confirm his booking if he is okay with that.... but he's not replied.

Do I...

1. Accept his booking and then see if the kitchen arrangement is suitable for him after? or

2. wait for his response to my message and only then accept or decline his request?

@Robyn235 how much time do you have before the 24h pass? I would suggest letting him know that you will accept his request with the conditions you offer and if he isn't satisfied he can cancel within 48h, and if he doesn't want to book you will give him one hour ( or more depending how much time is left) for him to remove the request.
