I was charged twice for the same listing.

Hello,

I have tricky situation with airbnb now. I booked room, and now I see that my credit card account was charged twice for the same amount...How I can resolve this situation? And how to contact custome service?

(Though oddly enough, the person to whom I spoke was actually in the US.)
